♥ I Have a New Not-So-Evil Plan!!!

Okay, this is a Unique Plan because this is very good in occasions like birthdays, Christmas, Valentines, especially New Year. This will come in steps (yay!)

1.Buy Fire Crackers in Hugel. You know that place? It is called "Party" IDK. (better this than to waste ROK points -_-)

2.After you bought hm... 100? Oh, never mind. *number* sets, (500z ea set (5)) go to Prontera.
3.Put the Fire Crackers to your Hot Keys.
4.Pop it!
5.Don't stop until someone tells you so because he/she is annoyed or if you ran out of Party Poopers/Fire Crackers.
